Blue Ocean Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Provider to serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across Guam. The provider will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed outpatient care.
Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy, completing risk assessments and safety planning, and maintaining timely clinical documentation. The provider may also conduct behavioral health or psychological evaluations, facilitate grief and support groups, and provide corporate behavioral health presentations, trainings, and consultations.

Qualifications: Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field and current Guam licensure as an LPC, LMHC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist. Experience with trauma, children and families, psychological or behavioral health evaluations, group facilitation, or professional training is preferred.
Clinical Psychologist
Position Summary
Blue Ocean Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed clinical psychologist to provide psychological assessment, psychotherapy, consultation, and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary outpatient practice. The psychologist will serve children, adolescents, and adults referred by families, medical providers, schools, courts, Child Protective Services, and community agencies.
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and differential diagnostic assessments.

Select, administer, score, and interpret appropriate psychological measures.

Integrate interviews, records, observations, collateral information, and test findings into clear psychological reports.

Complete court-ordered and child-protection-related evaluations within professional and ethical boundaries.

Provide feedback and practical recommendations to clients, families, providers, schools, and referral agencies.

Provide psychotherapy within areas of competence.

Conduct risk assessments, safety planning, and referrals to appropriate levels of care.

Provide consultation and supervision to therapists, post-graduate clinicians, and interns when assigned.

Collaborate with medical providers, schools, courts, social workers, and community agencies.

Participate in clinical program development, quality improvement, and professional training.
Minimum Qualifications

Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.

Current Guam psychologist license or eligibility for Guam licensure.

Training and experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, report writing, and psychotherapy.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Ability to provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed services.
Experience with children, complex trauma, psychological testing, court-involved cases, or clinical supervision is preferred.
BH Therapist
Position Summary
Blue Ocean Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. The therapist will work with diverse clients experiencing concerns ranging from life transitions and relationship difficulties to complex trauma, emotional and behavioral disorders, and child-protection involvement.
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct intake, psychosocial, diagnostic, and risk assessments.

Provide individual, couples, family, child, and group therapy.

Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Complete behavioral health evaluations, treatment summaries, progress reports, and court reports within professional scope.

Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to higher levels of care.

Coordinate care with families, schools, physicians, social workers, courts, and community agencies.

Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, training, and quality-improvement activities.

Practice in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, ethical, and client-centered manner.
Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

Current Guam behavioral health license or eligibility for Guam licensure.

Experience providing psychotherapy and clinical assessment.

Strong clinical writing, communication, and case-management skills.

Ability to work effectively with diverse and complex client populations.
Experience with children, families, trauma, court-involved cases, or specialized treatment modalities is preferred.
