Testing is done with our team at Blue Ocean Behavioral Health. Requirements and Helpful Information For insurance coverage of diagnostic testing, pre-authorizations for the test may be required. We recommend obtaining a referral from your pediatrician or primary care provider. This requires a visit to your child's doctor and requesting a referral for testing. Having the necessary paperwork, forms and approvals will help with the process and shorten the timeline to getting your child medically diagnosed with our clinical psychology providers. Elisabeth began her career in nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Alegent Health/Catholic Health Initiatives in Papillion, Nebraska. In 2014, she started volunteering with the American Red Cross as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room at U.S. Naval Hospital in Okinawa before being hired there full time. In 2015, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska.
