COVID-19 TESTING SERVICES Covid-19 Tests We Offer We offer multiple types of Covid-19 testing and we keep up-to-date with the latest testing strategies recommended by the CDC. We have same-day service during business hours and accommodate large corporate groups if necessary. Price Card: PCR testing with our partners at DLS. 24-48 hour. $200 Rapid Antigen testing with BD Veritor Covid testing kits. 15 min results. $200 *Supply and specimen handling fees are assessed to all patients for specific tests and procedures. These fees are included in the self-pay price above. Insurance Coverage Local and National Insurance will cover Covid-19 tests that are ordered by our clinic providers when patients are symptomatic . PCR is currently the only test that is covered by insurance. Supply and specimen handling fees may apply for viral and bacterial tests administered at IHP. Patients can choose to use BD Veritor antigen rapid tests in lieu of PCR at a self-pay rate. All covid tests for asymptomatic patients are not covered by insurance. Guam DPHSS Tests We also offer Cue & BinaxNow Rapid Antigen Testing provided by DPHSS. This test is available for all symptomatic patients at no cost. Physician and clinic service fees are not covered by DPHSS and will be charged to insurance or patient. Autism Diagnostic Service If you are looking for a diagnosis for Autism from one of our clinical psychologists, please fill out the information in the form below and we will reach out to you. Testing is done with our team at Blue Ocean Behavioral Health. Requirements and Helpful Information For insurance coverage of diagnostic testing, pre-authorizations for the test may be required. We recommend obtaining a referral from your pediatrician or primary care provider. This requires a visit to your child's doctor and requesting a referral for testing. Having the necessary paperwork, forms and approvals will help with the process and shorten the timeline to getting your child medically diagnosed with our clinical psychology providers. Don't worry if all this is so overwhelming, we are here to help. In addition, insurance coverage for Autism related counselling and therapies like ABA will require a medical diagnosis of autism.
